Making 32mm spaced shelf pin holes!

Less than 10 minutes to set up and figure where the holes should go, they're not 100% continuous from top to bottom, and less than 5 minutes a panel.

Here I am cutting a few of 81 melamine shelves to length with a handheld, scoring blade equipped, plunge saw!

I love systems, and quality tooling, that speeds up processes while improving build quality.

So last week I made a new spice cabinet for a customer and a stand to hold large diameter logs while I used the chainsaw to cut cookies off of them for our friends' daughters' wedding reception centrepieces...I work both ends of the spectrum!
