Happy New Year everyone! May 2018 bring you peace, joy and happiness. In this picture I am wondering if the BedMakers are on the ship. I will find out tomorrow, but they are supposed to be and should set sail tomorrow on their long journey from China to Canada. Fingers crossed!!! I am also pondering the year ahead. The last four years have brought me to this point, which feels like a new beginning in many ways. My wish way back when I first got the idea for The BedMaker was to see every granny get some help making their bed. Little did I know the path this would lead me down and all the hurdles that would come up along the way. Now that manufacturing is in place, we move on to distribution. There is much to learn and I look forward it all. May 2018 bring BedMakers to all who make beds!

Hi everyone! After all this time, I finally have some news about the BedMaker. We have found a manufacturer, and our first shipment arrives at the end of January!!!

Last Christmas we were overwhelmed with orders for BedMakers. We were making them one by one in our basement workshop and simply could not keep up.

So we stepped back to rethink things. We explored having production done overseas as well as in Canada. Both fell through.

Then, around mid-summer, China came back with a new offer. This time the proposal was good, and the quality was outstanding. After a lot more design tweaking and back-and forth over the details, we finally placed our first order!

Even though our shipment arrives after Christmas, you can still give The BedMaker as a Christmas gift. Simply purchase it on our website, and print our card to place under the tree showing the gift they will receive in a few short weeks.

Thank you to the many friends, family and customers who have encouraged us along the way. You believed in us, saw us through the rough times, and shared our joy at the successes.

We were featured last month on INPEX's blog! Excerpt: "With the feedback received at INPEX 2016, exhibitor and gold medal award winner Lisa Wall, inventor of The BedMaker, returned home to Canada to adjust her CNC machine and design of her prototype.
