Life throws us curveballs all the time....Sometimes they knock us off our feet, and we end up in the dirt....Sometimes they just shake us up enough to see we were standing way to close to the plate....Sometimes....both....Well friends....I am dusting myself off, and grabbing hold of the bat that I believe I am supposed to be swinging.... Creating is part of my being...whether it's a short poem, a
photograph, painting or complex piece of furniture made from reclaimed lumbers and barnboards....For me to be true to myself, and set an example to my amazing daughter Daisy....I am choosing to follow my heart and dream and become a full time artisan...Fear has kept me in the long line of conformity for a very long time....but my body is telling me it's time to get out of that line, and face my fears head-on. It's a little scattered right now....but that's ok...so am I :)
