🍕 Leo's Pizza Trattoria rightfully tops the Best Pizza Restaurant 2023 category, and 🥗 Unica is the winner in the Best Mediterranean Restaurant 2023. Both awards are presented by the guild, specifically by their colleagues in the field, acknowledging their work and impact in the gastronomic scene, making them exceptionally special and significant.

👾 In 2024 Gameloft Sofia will celebrate its 20th anniversary in its new office at Sofia Tower 2. As the largest mobile game studio in Bulgaria, it boasts nearly 200 professionals and a portfolio of 190 titles for more than 10,000 models of smartphones and tablets in 14 languages. And the games they've created have been downloaded more than 200,000,000 times!!! Can you believe it!

🟢 Няма как да не се дивим пред гледката на 🌱 зеленолистни и нашите мебели по поръчка, защото комбинацията от двете си е чиста проба евъргрийн. Освен че дава естетика и усещане за уют, присъствието на растения намалява нивата на стрес и усилва позитивните чувства. 🌿 подобряват качеството на въздуха в помещенията, а подходящо избрани те могат да премахнат до 87% от токсините само за 24 часа.

🟢 Зеленината не е просто тренд, а абсолютно задължителен елемент от интериора на обществени пространства, офиси, търговски центрове, заведения. Затова е и неизменна част от всички проекти, в които участваме с производство на поръчково обзавеждане. Понякога настаняваме растенията удобно в кашпи, а друг път вертикални градини са истински оазис сред нашите мебели.

🟢 There's no way not to be amazed by the sight of 🌱 greenery and our custom-made furniture, as the combination of the two is a pure evergreen. Besides providing aesthetics and a sense of coziness, the presence of plants reduces stress levels and enhances positive feelings. 🌿 improve indoor air quality, and carefully chosen ones can eliminate up to 87% of toxins in just 24 hours.

🟢 Greenery is not just a trend but an essential element of interior spaces, including public areas, offices, shopping centers, and establishments. That's why it's an integral part of all projects we engage in with custom furniture production. Sometimes, we place plants conveniently in pots, while other times vertical gardens become a true oasis among our furniture.

꩜ Отличителните вити стълби, които разработихме и произведохме за Сграда B52 на ул. Будапеща, съвсем логично намериха място на страниците на сп. "Градът" (бр. 4/2023). Те са част от историята за успеха на проекта, която инвеститорите от СТ52 разказват на страниците на изданието.

💡Интересен факт е, че сградата успява освен да е в хармония със заобикалящата среда, да бъде и с поглед към бъдещето и високотехнологичните решения - с минимализиран ефект върху околната среда и въглеродния отпечатък. 🐦Това е първата сграда в София например, в чиято фасада има вградени къщички за малки птици.

꩜The distinctive spiral staircases we developed and crafted for Building B52 on Budapest Street have naturally found their place in the pages of "Градът" I The City magazine (issue 4/2023). They are part of the success story of the project, which the investors from CT52 share in the publication.

💡An interesting fact is that the building not only harmonizes with its surroundings and embraces future-oriented high-tech solutions but also minimizes its impact on the environment and carbon footprint. 🐦For instance, it's the first building in Sofia with birdhouses integrated into its facade.

👾 Надникнете в новия офис на Gameloft Sofia, който отвори врати само преди 2 седмици. Ето така посреща той своите обитатели и посетители - без рецепция, без формалности, а като близък приятел, който те кара да се чувстваш уютно, като у дома си.

🕹Чудите се защо тази снимка е в нашия профил? Ами защото готините хора от местното студио на водещия глобален разработчик на мобилни игри, решиха да ни включат в реализацията на новото им място за работа и забавление.

♦️Дизайнът тук е на архитектите от FUNKT ARCHITECTS, като винаги сме си мислели, че първия ни съвместен проект с тях ще бъде заведение. Все пак те стоят зад интериорите на едни от емблематичните места на софийската гастро сцена, като Ракета ракия бар, Космос / Cosmos, Фабрика ДЪГА, Boom Burgers, Спутник / Sputnik, Supa Star. Офисите обаче им се получават точно толкова добре, колкото и любимите ни места за хапване.

👾 Step into the new office of Gameloft Sofia, which opened its doors just two weeks ago. It welcomes its inhabitants and visitors like a close friend, without a reception desk, without formality, but rather like a cozy, homey place.

🕹Wondering why this picture is on our profile? Well, because the cool people from the local studio of the leading global mobile games developer decided to involve us in bringing to life their new space for work and fun.

♦️The design here is by the architects from FUNKT Studio, and we always thought our first collaboration with them would be a restaurant. After all, they are behind the interiors of some of Sofia's iconic gastronomic spots like Raketa Rakia Bar, Kosmos, Fabrika Duga, Boom Burgers, Sputnik, Supa Star. However, their offices turn out just as great as our favorite dining places.

🌱 Създаването на мебели за доказали се заведения често е голямо предизвикателство за нас. Но ако трябва да сме честни, включваме на горна предавка емоциите си, когато видим крайния резултат. И ето – днес ви представяме в пълния й блясък новата локация на "Най-доброто място за пица" за 2019-а и 2020-а - Leo's pizza в Sopharma Business Towers, където се погрижихме за обзавеждането по поръчка.

♦️ За траторията на Leo произведохме баровете, декоративните арки, украсяващи стените, арковидните стелажи, кашпите с етажерки и няколко специални мебела в салона, където придават уют и посрещат на място хората от бизнес сградата. Съветваме ви обаче да се отбиете от тук дори и да не сте част от Софарма-общесвото, защото 🍕 най-вкусната италианска храна и неповторимата средиземноморска атмосфера няма да ви оставят безразлични.

🌱 Creating furniture for well-known restaurants is often a significant challenge for us. But if we must be honest, we put our emotions into high gear when we see the end result. And here - today, we present to you in its full glory the new location of the Best Pizza Place for 2019 and 2020 - Leo's Pizza in Sopharma Business Towers, where we took care of custom furnishing.

♦️ For Leo's trattoria, we delivered the bars, decorative arches adorning the walls, arched shelving units, pots with shelves, and several special pieces of furniture in the lounge, adding warmth and welcoming people from the business building. However, we advise you to stop by even if you are not part of the Sopharma Business Towers community because 🍕 the most delicious Italian food and the unique Mediterranean atmosphere will not leave you indifferent.

😎 Един от последните ни проекти е за 2-та мезонета в бутиковата сграда “B52” на ул. Будапеща 52 в София. Нашата интериорна намеса е в изпълнението на зашеметяващото вито стълбище от естествено дърво, което внася индивидуалност и характер на пространството.

🏠 Благодарение на извитите си форми спираловидните стълби са подходящи за места, където мястото е ограничено или пък се налага да заемат централна позиция, без да причиняват неудобство и да прекъсват интериорното оформление.

🌳 Жилищата, в които ние ги реализирахме са с перфектна локация, широки прозорци и красива гледка към озеленен заден двор. Разполагат с 4-ри спални, 2 бани и гараж. А едното от тях все още си търси собственик.

😎 One of our latest projects is for 2 maisonettes in the boutique building "B52" located at 52 Budapest Street in Sofia. Our interior intervention involves the ex*****on of a stunning spiral staircase made of natural wood, which brings individuality and character to the space.

🏠 Thanks to their curved forms, spiral staircases are suitable for places where space is limited or when they need to occupy a central position without causing inconvenience or disrupting the interior design.

🌳 The apartments in which we implemented them have a perfect location, large windows, and a beautiful view of a green backyard. They feature 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garage. One of them is still looking for an owner.

🇮🇹 Новият Leo's pizza Trattoria е вече тук и отново се позиционира на софийската гастро карта. Ние пък съвсем нескромно потриваме ръце от задоволство, защото се включихме в обзавеждането по поръчка на това вкусно място.

🍕 Завиждаме на всички, които обитават Sopharma Business Towers, защото са попаднали в оазиса на добрата италианска храна.
