Ook al is onze werf niet publiek toegankelijk, toch willen wij u graag een inzicht geven in de demontagewerkzaamheden tot nu toe van de iconische Airbus A300 'ZERO-G' op Keulen-Bonn Airport. Deze werkzaamheden zijn nu al 4 weken in volle gang en de komende weken staan ​​de meest spectaculaire gebeurtenissen gepland (het loskoppelen en laten zakken van de motoren, het ondersteunen van het vliegtuig en het verwijderen van het landingsgestel, het laten zakken van de romp en het opdelen in verschillende componenten...). (NL) In 2024 bouwde Home Aviation een deel van de romp van de Dassault Falcon 900B (voormalig CD-01, 21e squadron, 15e Wing Air Transport - Belgische Luchtmacht) om tot een stijlvol poolhouse. In 2026 zal Home Aviation in samenwerking met PartsCare opnieuw een uitzonderlijk vliegtuig ontmantelen om het te herbestemmen in interieurtoepassingen of decoratieve objecten. De Airbus A300B2 is het eerste ooit gevlogen (1973) en enige overgebleven prototype van de A300-serie en de enige gemodificeerde 'ZERO-G'-versie in Europa.
