Biography

Born in 1987.

2006 He finished high school at the Technical Institute Holy Family Bruges, graduated as a student of Architectural and Interior Art.

2007 He’s got his certificate of SA2-Welding TV+PV.

2010 Internship at Quinze and Milan for six months.

2010 Graduated with honor, Industrial Product Design at the University College of West-Flanders, dept.PIH in Kortrijk, Belgium.

2011

Internship at Durlet.

2011 Student Furniture Design at University College Lessius Mechelen, Belgium.

2011 Student, Industrial Product Development at the University College of West-Flanders, dept.PIH in Kortrijk, Belgium.

2011 Internship at Lazer Sport Antwerpen, Belgium

Inspired at a young age by skate- and snowboarding, dismantling bmx-bikes and music violence, he now relays on a better sight of thinking as a human. Janwillem sees design as a warm glow of motivation. His products are carefully poured into shapes that a mental acuity creates with an formal strictness. Underlying with a research into the history of design and architecture combined with his acquaintance for materials and technology.
