Proud crew, great delivery at CHwapi! 🚛

Our delivery team was on-site for a major operation: 591 ZenSo Duo-line and 309 Mido chairs, carefully delivered and installed for the staff and patients of CHwapi.

From design to installation, that's Haelvoet as a total partner. Thanks to project manager Marc Flagothier and the entire team for the smooth collaboration!

Jij bent de schakel tussen klant, tekenbureau, leveranciers en plaatsers, en zorgt dat onze interieurprojecten in de zorgsector vlot verlopen van ontwerp tot plaatsing.

Wat je doet:
📋 Project- en werfplanning opstellen en opvolgen
🤝 Klantencontact en werfvergaderingen bijwonen
🏗️ Opvolging van plaatsers en externe partners
📐 Aansturen van het tekenbureau

Wat je meebrengt:
✔️ Ervaring in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur afwerking of interieur
✔️ Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en leiderschapskwaliteiten
✔️ Klantgericht, communicatief en technisch inzicht

Every three years, AZO brings its members and suppliers together for a members' event, and this year we're taking part.

On Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 September, Haelvoet will be at the AZO Members-Suppliers Event in De Oude Vismijn, Ghent. With our own stand, we look forward to meeting the buyers from AZO's member organisations and discussing care furniture that makes a difference: more comfortable for residents and patients, lighter for the people who work with it every day.

On Wednesday 9 September at 14:30, our General Manager Tom Preneel will give a pitch: "Slimme zorg, lichter werk: hoe innovatief zorgmeubilair het verschil maakt" ("Smart care, lighter work: how innovative care furniture makes the difference").

We'll also be attending the networking evening on Tuesday, a great opportunity to connect further. 🤝

A place that truly feels like home

How do you create a care environment that feels less like an institution and more like a living room?

That was exactly the goal of the redesign at WZC De Waterdam. Together with director Marian Claeys, the team carefully selected colours, materials and furniture to create warm, recognisable spaces where residents can feel at ease.

From cosy living areas to quiet corners in the corridors, every detail was chosen with comfort and tranquillity in mind.

Summer is just around the corner, and at Haelvoet that means one thing: slowing down, on purpose. After an intense, dynamic and productive year, we're taking the time to catch our breath and recharge together as a team.

From July 20 to August 9, our doors will be closed for our annual summer break. It gives our whole team the space to reconnect, relax, and enjoy some well-deserved time off, before we return with full focus and fresh energy to support you at our best.
