Set within the loft of a former chocolate factory, this bulthaup kitchen is defined by openness, light and proportion. The existing architecture — high ceilings, raw materials and generous volumes — is preserved and complemented by a restrained design approach.

Conceived as a floating volume on a raised platform, the kitchen naturally extends the living space. Aluminium and stainless steel surfaces bring an industrial clarity that resonates with the character of the building.

Oriented towards the inner courtyard, the space opens onto greenery, creating a soft contrast and reinforcing the connection between interior and exterior.

The result is a kitchen that feels open, balanced and deeply integrated into its surroundings.

Designed as a natural extension of the living space, this bulthaup kitchen opens seamlessly towards the dining area beyond the archway.

A floating Corian island forms the calm centre of the room, its seamless surfaces creating clarity and continuity. Above, a suspended ceiling with indirect lighting subtly frames the cooking area.

The result is a kitchen that feels open, balanced and quietly timeless.
