We shall, for the said purpose, inspect the location and the entire office spaces and note the total area coverage, and
we shall also inspect all Executive toilets; all comfort rooms and all different structures etc. The implementation will be rendered under contractual obligation and as per on-the-spot standing instruction from time to time. We provide Customized Services as per our clients need. Daily & Regular Works –
Floors: Sweeping and Swabbing, Scrubbing will be done by using Detergents. Floor Polishing & Floor Buffing: Dynamic offers marble polishing and floor buffing. Floor Restoration: In Dynamic, we use Diamond abrasives for floor restoration. It is the most durable polishing method. Floor Crystallization: We are aware that crystallization creates micro film on the surface, which is more solid and helps to preserve the color and the brightness of the marble. Carpet Cleaning: Carpet Cleaning will be done by Commercial Vacuum Cleaner machine. Blinds & Window Screens: Wiping and cleaning of all above items will be done by using high quality materials, as approved by the Organization(s). Wastage & Garbage: As indicated in the Bid Document, Cleaning of all waste paper, wastage and garbage will be done as per instructions. Toilet Floors, Pans/Commodes, Urinals & Wash Basins: Sweeping, swabbing, scrubbing and cleaning will be done in a frequently manner. Continues Training Program:

Generally required –
-Vacuum dust from all areas and furniture’s.
-Clean shelves including holders and shine wooden panels.

-Clean all exterior glass doors and rails, clean and buff inside/outside facade and mirrors.

-Degrease and clean stove top surface and burner.
-Degrease and clean A/C Grills.
-Wipe Skirting’s.
-Mop floors with disinfectant. Bathrooms –
-Clean/dust all surfaces including walls, tiles and grout.
-Clean all counter and shine sink.
-Clean toilet (inside/out), bathtub/shower, shower door and door tracks.

-Dust all surfaces including walls, shelves, lamps, furniture, window sills, wall ornaments and blinds.
-Clean tables and other furniture.
-Remove cobwebs.
-Vacuum floors, carpets, stairs, under bed and sofa.
-Wash hard surfaces, handles and other hardwire.
