Job Responsibilities :
• Arrange and fix schedule of appointments and meeting for CEO
• Maintain record and Minutes of all appointments and meetings
• Update/remind CEO, Admin about day to day activities
• Drafting letter, memo, proposals, reports and making daily correspondence, E-mail as per instruction/dictation and/or requirements
• Maintaining necessary files
• Provide outdoor supports as and when required
• Maintain database of all important phone number, E-mail address and contact address of important persons, organizations
• Handle front desk activities: Welcome all clients, visitors, guests and delegates into the front office in a professional manner, attend to their professional requirements and provide a courteous service, refer him/her to the related authority/official in order to portray a positive image of the company

• Any other duties, as assigned by the Management
