Our service starts right from allocation of corporate office spaces, hotels, restaurants then design and construct their interior and exterior in turn key basis. This includes custom design of space layout, furniture & fixtures, partitions, noise insulated chambers, electrical wire installation & fittings, Air conditioning, System integration of computer with electronic locks with proximity cards usage on entry with attendance system of each entry and exit of personnel, PABX , Networking , Dome Camera with monitoring system and recording etc. The priority of our design is based on the human resource of the company, their interaction within and with customers / clients. We work under guideline of Critical Path Method (CPM) dividing the entire project job of 60 days into 6 Milestones consisting of 10 working days of each. A copy of detail work schedule of CPM according to milestone along with a Gang Chart of work flow plan is provided to the client to be attached to the work order. The client on end of each milestone period can check the work accomplished according to the CPM.
