Last weekend, we traded our desks for rafts and spent a few days on the Tara River.🌊

Between the rapids, long conversations, plenty of laughs, and a bit of healthy competition, it was a great opportunity to spend time together outside of our usual work environment.

We came back with a lot of great stories, a few sore muscles, and plenty of photos, but only a select few will make it to social media.🙂📸

Looking back on AutoCon5, we can confidently say it exceeded expectations.

As one of the sponsors, we were proud to be part of an event that brought together experts, innovators and professionals across telecom and network automation.

A special moment for us was seeing our colleague Nikolina Grahovac present her talk, "The Bottleneck Was Always Human: AI-Assisted Catalog Modeling for Multi-Vendor Networks", in front of a full hall.

But some of the most valuable parts of the event happened between the sessions. Over coffee and during conversations, we had the chance to exchange ideas, compare experiences, and talk about the challenges everyone is facing as networks become more complex and automation becomes more important.

The feedback we received on our was especially encouraging. Those conversations reminded us why we do what we do and reinforced that we're focused on problems that matter.

A huge thank you to the organizers and to everyone who stopped by to talk with us. We returned home full of fresh ideas, new connections, and clear validation of the direction we’re heading.

Proud to see our colleague Nikolina Grahovac taking the stage at AutoCon5! 🎤

In her talk "The Bottleneck Was Always Human: AI-Assisted Catalog Modeling for Multi-Vendor Networks", Nikolina explores what happened when we stopped treating catalog modeling as a manual task and started using AI to learn from real network automation projects.

Her perspective is shaped by the hands-on experience our team at Codaxy has gained while building CxOrchestrator and working on network automation projects across different environments.

Another is behind us, and once again, it reminded us how fast we’re growing.🙌

This tradition is our internal moment to reflect on what we’re building and where we’re headed. And this time, the difference was truly noticeable.

Our usual conference room turned out to be too small to accommodate all our colleagues who gathered to hear more about our plans, goals, and ongoing projects. A special highlight was welcoming 11 new colleagues who have recently joined our team.

But isn’t just about roadmaps and numbers. It is a moment when we pause to see how far we’ve come and align on where we’re going next. Transparent. Open. As one team.

What’s clear is this: Codaxy continues to grow through new hires, expanding projects, and continuous product development.

The road ahead looks busy. Honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

15 years and counting... ⏳

This year we celebrated a big milestone - 15 years of Codaxy. The end of the year was the perfect moment to pause and raise a glass to all of our accomplishments.

We celebrated our birthday and ended this successful year the best way we know: with lots of laughter, a great atmosphere, and the people who make Codaxy what it is today. 🤝✨

Last weekend we took a break from our monitors and offices and spent some time in the heart of nature.

Our Codaxy team building took place in the beautiful village of Pecka, where we held our traditional Super Demo. Each team presented their projects, and the rest of the day was filled with hiking, laughter and great conversations.

The evening was full of music, good energy and true Codaxy team spirit. Because the best ideas grow where people feel connected at work and beyond!🌿
