What I thought was going to be two days work ended up being countless hours. This big beauty needed a lot of love and completely pulled apart. Each piece need attention, repairs, clean, sand and then a complete rebuild. I tried to keep as much as I could original, its a one of a kind and now she’s smelling like a French pear👌🏼(Reel uploading to show you the process)

This piece is over 100 years old, solid cedar and literally came to me in pieces. I wasn’t sure I could even save the top….I sanded with a lot of patience until every bit of damage had vanished. Each drawer needed gluing, nails and new cedar timber for repairs. Joanne loves the outcome, seeing her smile made all my efforts worth while 👌🏼

These two sets of drawers were in bad shape and far from being matched! Total of nine layers of old paint needed to be stripped with a heat gun. Replaced runners and major repairs. Now I’m wishing they were for my bedroom! Delivery day tomorrow🚗💨
