Dear John's Family,

I spent 20 years in the Army, and I moved every 3 years all over Australia and overseas and I have never experienced a move like this.

Everything about this move was the most pleasant and confronting experience I have ever had. From start to finish your staff, equipment, assistance, understanding, customers service, advice, communication, and care of our belonging is far and above anything I could have expected in my wildest dreams.
