🏡 From Steel to Handover – And Beyond

Today Nathan completed the Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) on this impressive new home built by Clarendon Homes.

This project has been particularly rewarding as Inspecta Holmes has been involved throughout the construction journey, carrying out independent stage-by-stage inspections from the steel/pre-pour stage through to today's PCI inspection.

So far, this home has undergone:

✔️ Steel / Pre-Pour Inspection
✔️ Frame Inspection
✔️ Waterproofing / Pre-Lining Inspection
✔️ Practical Completion Inspection (PCI)

The final stage will be the Warranty Inspection, which will be completed after the owners have moved in and had the opportunity to live in the home.

By inspecting at key stages throughout construction and again during the warranty period, our clients can move forward with confidence knowing they have independent advice every step of the way.
