Onyx Detailed Joinery is honoured to be recognised in the Staron® Design Awards, Residential Category Winner! The brief for this project was a modern farmhouse kitchen with a nature inspired colour palette designed for both family life and effortless entertaining. To bring the design to life, Staron® Solid Surfaces in colour Terrazzo Venezia was selected and used to create an impressive 4.2m long benchtop, demonstrating the seamless nature of Staron. Additionally, the design featured a custom dining table created from Blackbutt timber with a wide centre strip of Staron. This statement piece anchors the space, complimenting the kitchen and landcape beyond.

Something special is taking shape at Onyx Detailed Joinery, our latest project features a lush, modern kitchen and wardrobe brought to life with a beautifully balanced design palette.

In the kitchen:
A timeless Polyurethane Shaker Style in Dulux Still, paired with a stunning feature island in Polytec Steccawood Battens. The Cavart Taj Mahal benchtops add that soft, natural elegance, while the Hafele hardware, including a Pocket Door, Lemans, and bin setup, keeps everything functional and seamless. The look is finished with Blum Antaro drawers throughout for smooth, reliable performance.

In the wardrobe:
Continuing the warmth with Polytec Florentine Walnut Woodmatt and sleek Polytec Horizon Glass Drawer Fronts, all complemented by Blum Legrabox drawers for a refined, effortless finish.
