🤩 Here’s one of the awesome jobs we’ve had on lately (when weather allowed us).

Winding back the 🕰️ on This little beauty out in Bethanga. It was built around 1906, according to sources. Our lovely clients here have purchased this property to bring it back to its former glory. This will be an on going job as there is a lot to be done here, but we have started with a new veranda right around the property and new back rooms for new bathroom and kitchen areas. LJ Ellery Roofing once again getting it done with their awesome crew for the re roof and veranda sheeting. The clients are currently sourcing windows/doors matching the era of build, these are to be installed at a later date.

It’s such an awesome experience when working with people who appreciate the building and it’s history, and we absolutely love the opportunity to provide our services to make a dream, reality.

We recently ripped down this old, rotten, shade cloth verandah to make way for a brand new one with laserlite sheets that drain into the garden. An excellent little job for an awesome couple and their rental property. 🙌🏼😎

Raising the Roof 🙌🏼😎🎉

We recently did this job for a great couple in Springdale heights. The poorly constructed original pitched roof had failed under the weight of the tiles. We removed all the failed members, straighted new ridge and hip lines, pitched new structural members and added additional internal structure in the ceiling and roof space. Teaming up with the awesome crew at LJ Ellery Roofing for the re-sheet.

We love getting asked back by previous customers! We did this deck late last year and the client wanted a concrete path, which finished this side of the house off perfectly.

Just Knocked out this waterproofing/tiling job for a local builder (sheeting and setting not done by JMR).

We did this step landing area last week for a great client in . They had no access to keep the block next door under control, and the site was almost impossible to walk across. Creating a usable and aesthetically pleasing space was A challenge JMR was happy to accept.

Another neat decking job to transform this alfresco area and another happy customer ✅. We finished this one up last week and will now be taking a well earned break. Merry Christmas all! 🎄
