Reflect. Respect. Celebrate.

We reflect on our nation’s past, which began more than 65,000 years ago, and the impact of European settlement on the First Nations Australians. Our national day is a time, above all, for inclusion and respect. It enables us to pause, listen and gain a greater understanding of First Nations Peoples, culture and heritage as we work towards reconciliation.

We aim to respect the contributions of all Australians, and we celebrate our achievements by coming together and connecting with family, friends and the community.

Australia Day is also an opportunity to celebrate our cultural diversity and rich migrant heritage which is very much part of our unique Australian identity.

History: It wasn't until 1935 that all Australian states and territories used the name 'Australia Day' to mark 26 January. And it wasn't until 1994 that 26 January became a public holiday across the nation.

Today we pause to remember and honour the lives lost in the tragic events at Bondi. Our thoughts are with the victims, their families, loved ones, and everyone in the community who has been affected.

We stand together as Australians in grief, reflection, and solidarity. May today be a time to show kindness, compassion, and support for one another.

No, it’s not a brand-new vehicle — just a freshly modified one and ready to keep doing what we do best 💪⚡(and of course keep a cool, shaded space for Max to travel)

If you haven’t met Tim yet, you’re in for a treat. He brings a wealth of skill, reliability, and great energy to the team. Tim will be looking after some of our existing clients as well as welcoming new ones as Lovies continues to grow and spread our wings. 🛠️✨

He’ll also be stepping in for Lovie when she’s off on her well-deserved adventures (as we all know she loves to do!). 🌏🐾

🐾 What a pawsome day! 🐾

We were thrilled to be the Gold Sponsors of the Puppies & Paws Expo on October 11th for Barking with Bianca! 🎉

It was such a fantastic community event — full of wagging tails, smiling faces, exciting performances, fun competitions, and loads of gifts and prizes.

Our four-legged team member Max (the Shepherd) got a little too excited by all the action and needed a quick time-out in his crate (don’t worry — he was comfy with water, shade, fresh air, and regular check-ins every few minutes). He may have missed some of the fun, but his tail was still wagging by the end! 💛

A huge congratulations to Bianca for hosting such a well-organised, enjoyable event that brought our community (and their pups) together. We can’t wait for the next one!
