Even though there’s 5-10mm of rain predicted for tonight, next time you’re thinking of camping or lighting the fire pit in the backyard, give us a call for a bag of firewood.

Most people complain about Smokey fires and a Smokey fire is caused by wet wood, OUR WOOD IS BONE DRY.

$20 a bag, cheap delivery negotiable for 2 bags or more. (Please give us a few days notice to sort out delivery times)

Hey folks, hope alls well. Just an FYI and PSA, this year I’ll only be doing firewood 3 days a week. Due to not being able to get reliable staff and how physically demanding this job can be, I’ve decided to scale back the operation to keep myself able to do it for a few more years. (6 days a week last season nearly killed me). I’ll have to focus more on my other job, so PLEASE PLEASE get your orders in early if you want some firewood. Prices start from $410 per load for our usual 2m3+ loads and BIG BAGS of kindling for $20 cheers ash 0403834218

Hi folks, hope you all had a magic summer. We’re absolutely under the pump already. There’s about a two week waiting list for firewood atm. And with the lack of staff same as last year I can’t see the list getting shorter than that. PLEASE PLEASE GET IN EARLY IF YOU WANT YOUR WOOD.
At this stage we’re no longer covering areas like warrandyte, research, and we’re doing 2m3 orders as a standard (1m3 orders to be discussed prior)
Prices are from $150 per m3 plus delivery

Hey folks, it’s been a crazy few months with shocking rain and terrible winds making the going quite tough out in the yard this year. Just letting y’all know we’ve still got heaps of stock being cut up weekly and we’re working hard to keep the wait time down to a minimum. Still doing 1 and 2m3 orders from $130 per m3 plus delivery cheers Ash.

Hi folks, just an FYI, we’ve already got about a three day waiting list 😅😅😅🔥🔥🔥🔥. The saws are running hot and the phone is going nuts. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE leave a message if I don’t answer. I tend not to ring people back if they don’t leave a message, (I assume it’s a telemarketer or scam number due to the increase of those annoying buggers.)
Also please get in early with your orders. Please don’t assume that you’ll get your wood the same day or even the next.

Hi All,
Currently looking for casual staff, fit hardworking, good work ethic is a must.

1 role is labouring, ie, pulling out and sorting/ stacking of timbers. General labour work and cleanup. Would suit school leaver, or someone looking for pre- apprenticeship experience.

The other roll is mainly cutting timber into firewood lengths. Power tool (drop saw) experience is desirable but not essential, and the ability to work unsupervised is a bonus.

We work as a team here, safety is our priority.
Trials can start ASAP. Work is a couple of days a week at the moment, increasing to 5 days a week soon and will likely be required till around September.

Located nears Whittlesea, applicants need a license (manual preferred) or parents willing to do drop offs/ pick ups.

Pay is above the timber industry award rates and is negotiable as per experience.
