Doesn’t look like much, takes 2 minutes to fix right ⚡️ This was enough to stop a truck dead in its tracks and neutralise it. This little wire is one of 26 on this Allison auto TCM harness. Following a few initial checks the harness was pinned out, this little gremlin was only throwing 10v instead of 12v as a result of high resistance. Enough to upset the whole system. Harness was removed and stripped down and there it was.

It’s not always about the fix, the real challenge is the find 🕵️‍♂️
