Onsite at Cecil Plains carrying out repairs to the auto grease system on this Komatsu EX65.

The damaged grease line was repaired and the system checked over to ensure everything was operating as it should.

John Deere 8300 air conditioning repairs completed.

It's no surprise there was little to no airflow and no cold air coming through the cab. The evaporator was heavily blocked and in need of attention.

Repairs carried out included:
• Evaporator clean
• New TX valve
• New receiver dryer

The system was then reassembled, pressure tested and recharged with R134a refrigerant by our ARC licensed diesel mechanic and auto electrician.

The result? Cold air, improved airflow and a cab that's ready for work again. Better than new!

Cat 631F scraper repairs.

We look after fleets of earthmoving equipment and machinery across the region. This Cat 631F scraper came in with a failed air compressor after years of hard service.

A new compressor and governor valve were installed, tested and fitted, getting the machine back up and running and ready to move dirt again.

During the service, the fuel line was found to be porous and leaking, so it was replaced to ensure reliable operation.
