We offer a great variety of work both in the workshop and on-site, with flexibility to suit your strengths. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we’d love to hear from you!

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in cabinet making (Apprentices welcome to apply)
• Manual driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to read plans and work independently or in a team
• Panel saw and laminating experience highly regarded

Job hours 8-430pm
• A full-time 38-hour week with early 2.30pm finish Fridays

Seeking:
✅ Strong Interest in the Trade: A genuine enthusiasm for woodworking, cabinetry, or craftsmanship. This passion often translates into a willingness to learn and adapt.

✅ Basic Math Skills: Cabinet making requires precise measurements and calculations. A solid understanding of basic math, will help you get up to speed faster.

✅ Good Hand-Eye Coordination and Dexterity: Working with tools and machinery requires good manual coordination, which is critical for quality and safety.

✅ Attention to Detail: Even at the first-year level, attention to detail is important. Will need to follow instructions carefully, measure accurately, and show patience with each step of the process.

✅ Strong Work Ethic and Reliability: Cabinet making can be physically demanding, and reliability is essential for meeting deadlines and maintaining workflow.

✅ Openness to Feedback: A first-year worker should be coachable and willing to receive constructive feedback, which will accelerate their skill development.
