Dear Customers, the phone has been ringing feverishly and Maestro has an injury to his hand, all of which are creating a backlog of repairs.

Whilst we do our very best to help you look after your treasures and be responsive and accommodate your repair needs, from time to time we need to close the books to allow the backlog to be cleared.

Current advice from Maestro is no capacity until after Easter.

Sometimes you ask us to "just take a quick look at a clock" or want to "drop it in for when we have time" but we care about and treasure your treasures :).

We ask you to keep them safe with you for now until we lovingly restore the ones we have and can welcome you all with open arms (hopefully a better working one for The Maestro) in the not too distant future.

We thank you for your wonderful custom and support and look forward to helping you out again soon!
