Wow, such a long time since I’ve posted! I’m finally home again after 10months away training with the Army.

I’ve just updated my coffee table so am listing my previous one. I painted this about two years ago. It’s still in great condition. Measurements: 102cm x 61cm x 47cm. $199

I brought this little side table a few months back. We wanted something little to pop our printer on-without the space like our last home or luxury of a desk now...something petite had to do.
So finally we can take the printer out of its box which has been sitting on top of this unstarted piece. I do like crossing things off my to do list!!

Sold. Rustic Chest of Drawers.

This sweet chest of drawers has been freshly painted with white, distressed softly around the edges and then sealed with polyurethane for protection. I’ve sanded the top right back, given it a soft white wash and sealed it.

I can imagine these in a nursery or child’s room. Perfect size for kiddies 🙂

I managed to do some last minute paint touch ups this morning before work. Heading down the coast first thing tomorrow for my friends citizenship ceremony. She’s five weeks off meeting her beautiful baby girl 😍

I have the day off today so spent the morning in the garden and now I’m getting a little painting done 🙂 Something that doesn’t seem to happen much these days! Happy Friday everyone x

Sold.
So I had a super productive weekend and managed to finish two pieces-very pleased about that!

This entertainment cabinet came up a treat...it came from a family with kids so had some scratches and little marks on top. I’ve made it quite rustic looking and distressed all the edges.
It’s very solid and has great storage space inside the cabinets.
Sealed all over with polyurethane for protection. Just needs a new living room and TV now 🙂

SOLD. Annnnnd we are done! Biggest table I’ve worked on I think but gosh it’s beautiful!!

Super solid, very well made and will last forever. Painted white and distressed slightly. The top has been stripped back, stained with walnut and sealed well with polyurethane.
I’m yet to take the measurements for those interested.

Dining table sanded and first coat of paint is on...the question is should I stain the top or put a white wash over it?? Thoughts??

Hard at work sanding back the top of this desk today...I did this one backwards-painted it first then decided the top needed freshening up. Rookie error, the beautiful paint job I’d just done is now COVERED in dust. Needs a good wipe down and I could do with a beverage 😃
Other rookie error is deciding to get the sander out when I have a burpee challenge tonight-gosh, double workout for me today!!

Sold. Up for sale is this rustic beauty.
She’s solid and has been well made. The timber on top has a beautiful grain and although it has some bumps and bruises I decided not to touch it as it adds to the character.
Lightly distressed along the edges. Painted in a very soft grey with the drawers and cupboards in white. The locks and keys are original and still work. The handles however are new. Would make a great feature piece for a living room.
