Some partnerships just mean more. ❤️✨

We are incredibly proud to be heading into our fifth year providing the lighting and production services for the Amie St Clair Melanoma Gala Ball. Working with this committee is always a highlight of our calendar, and seeing the Wagga community come together for such a vital local cause is truly inspiring.

From Gatsby glamour to Winter Wonderlands, we’ve loved every moment of helping this event shine over the years. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for the 2026 Masquerade theme! 🎭💡

A huge thank you to the entire committee for trusting us with your vision for half a decade. Let’s make this year the best one yet! 🙌

Looking back on one of our favorite setups from last year! 🥂🌾

We had a blast working with the crew for the Ag & VET Ball. To help set the tone for the night, we provided full room uplighting to wash the venue in color and installed our custom fairy light structure as the main entrance point.

Even with a more compact setup of 200m of sparkling lights, it made a massive impact—giving guests that "red carpet" feeling the moment they stepped inside. We always love collaborating with the club to enhance their vision and take the atmosphere to the next level.

Hard to believe it’s already been a year, but the glow was definitely one to remember! 💃✨

We’re still buzzing from Bloom in beautiful Tumut! 🌷✨ We had the absolute pleasure of transforming Rotary Pioneer Park into an immersive wonderland of sights and sounds.

If you missed our previous posts on this one, here is a look at how the magic actually came together:

🎶 Ambient Audio System: We provided a full background music setup, filling the park with a soothing soundscape to set the perfect mood.

✨ 600m+ of Fairy Lights: Creating that signature magical glow throughout the entire space.

🎨 Art Installation Lighting: Using dynamic designs to make the local artwork truly pop under the stars.

🏗️ Custom Truss Structure: We rigged a 3m x 6m structure to house a unique theremin installation (shoutout to the team at Professional Audio Services!) where guests could create their own music through touchless magic.

It was incredible to see the community interacting with the art and soaking up the atmosphere. Huge thanks to the Snowy Valleys Council for trusting us to bring this vision to life! 🌙🙌

Check out our Fairy Light Canopy in action! We used over 600 metres of fairy lights to create this epic glowing tunnel, and the result is pure magic. Whether it’s for a wedding, a gala, or a private party, this setup completely transforms a space.

It’s almost time to step back into the spotlight! 🌟✨

We are absolutely stoked to be partnering with Life in the Spotlight again this May for their Jukebox Revival. This show is all about incredible talent coming together to raise much-needed funds for charity, and we’re proud to be providing the full lighting and staging to help them shine.

There is something special about a production that gives back to the community, and we can’t wait to bring the next show "Jukebox Revival" to life with a massive setup. See you there! 🎶🙌

Is there anything more satisfying than a perfectly packed warehouse? 🤤

We’ve been busy getting everything sorted and ready to roll. There’s no better feeling than seeing the Titan AV hardcases all lined up and labeled. When the season gets hectic, being this organised is what keeps our shows running smooth and our load-ins fast.

Everything has its place, and everything is ready for the next gig! 🚛💨

This one was a massive challenge, but the payoff was huge! & Juliet 💗✨

We were stoked to handle the lighting design and equipment for this production. It was a complex build, but we really leaned into the technical details—specifically for the iconic & Juliet and Romeo signs. We were consulted to create a custom LED strip outline with individually controlled letters, allowing us to sync the pulses and colors perfectly with the soundtrack.

A huge shoutout to the cast and crew for such a fantastic run. Seeing the vision come to life under the lights is exactly why we do what we do! 💡🎭

The team is deep in prep mode getting everything ready for a massive season ahead. We’ve got our Martin Rush MH7s on the bench today for a full run-through—making sure every beam, gobo, and zoom is pixel-perfect before they hit the trusses.

It’s going to be a busy one, and we can’t wait to show you what we’re working on. Let’s get to work! 🚀

Go big or go home, right? 🚀 For the Triple Threat Riverina End of Year Showcase, we went massive with a 14m x 5m stage, full lighting, and custom drapes to set the mood.

It was a huge production for a huge day of talent. We love building these massive setups and seeing the magic happen once the house lights go down!

Talk about a first dance to remember! 🥂✨

We traveled to a stunning location to provide a cold spark display for D&T’s special moment. Even with limited power options on-site, our battery systems meant we didn't need a single cord running to mains power.

We love being able to set up exactly where the magic happens, giving our clients total freedom for their floor plan without compromising on the "wow" factor.
