Before and after of my latest piece. This dresser was destined for the rubbish pile when I picked it up. It sat forever in my shed waiting for me to work on it. It needed a lot of repairs and got sidelined a few times. I sanded back every surface and stained the top and drawers. The rest was painted in black and sealed with wax. New handles, legs and some gold leaf finished it off. Hopefully someone will get a few more years use out if it now.

It’s been a while since I posted but I’ve been been working very hard on my latest project for Lori-Ann Ford. This 1950’s kitchen hutch was in bad shape and I had to learn a few new skills along the way but the results are worth it. This refinish took me 52 hours to complete. I don’t have room in my workshop to stage properly but I’ll post updated pics when I can 😊. Here are the before and after pics.
