I love to take furniture and home décor items that have seen better days and make them beautiful again, whether they be vintage, antique or recent pieces that have been mistreated or are just no longer wanted. My style isn’t to make these pieces ‘new’ again, but to ensure their story continues, like a new chapter. I like to see the dents, nicks and scratches that have happened over their life, enh
ance them, and even add to them through distressing. In my eyes, this adds to their beauty and character. I use eco-friendly chalk style and mineral paints and beeswax or clear sealer. You won’t find any nasties that may harm you or your family. You'll notice I also make lampshades.
