Our first time installing Corian benchtops in a shipping container/tiny home for Sonic Steel. The container is on display this weekend at the Hunter Vally Tiny Homes Expo. The Kitchen bench has an integrated sink, splashback and thermoformed shelf. The bathroom Vanity has an integrated basin. All in Corian Glacier White.

We are looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, willing to learn to join us in our factory in Truganina.
The ideal person would have carpentry/cabinet making skills. Trade qualifications would be good but not essential.
The job is mostly based in the factory fabricating laminate and solid surface benchtops. About 10% of the time is out on site installing. Must be able to drive a large van and a forklift.
A White Card is required on some building sites.

We recently completed a counter in Staron Placid for Joli Desserts. They make Coconut based desserts at 645 Glenferrie Rd Hawthorn. The interior design is all about the curves with thermoformed corners on the counter and the cylindrical water station which we also make in Staron Natural.
In addition to the solid surface work, curves feature in the plaster and timber. The overall fitout and finish is stunning. A credit to Kevin and the team at Aston & Co.

There has been a theme of medical reception desks in the factory lately. In addition to Melton South Medical Centre (posted last week). We also installed a new Corian Raincloud Nurses station in the Maternity ward of Latrobe Regional Hospital (Taralgon) and a Reception Desk in Corian Antarctica at Parkdale Community Health Centre. All three desks were installed within 2 weeks of each other. (manufacturing took a bit longer). All three desks involved thermoforming, the Parkdale curves were especially challenging but the end resultwas worth it!

Another one of our projects is now featured on the Corian website. The project in Malvern East was completed in early 2021. In particular check out the thermoformed and fluted waterfall end on the island benchtop. The colour is Corian Dove.

This project brief called for the renovation of the original house and a ground floor extension to include a kitchen, dining and living space connected to a landscaped garden.

We are looking for someone to join us in our factory in Sunshine West. This could be Casual or permanent position depending on what works for both parties.
The ideal person would have carpentry/cabinetry making skills. Trade qualifications would be good but not essential. The job would also suit someone who enjoys doing projects at home and wants to turn their hobby into a job.
The job is mostly based in the factory fabricating laminate and solid surface bench tops. About 10% of the time is out on site installing. Must be able to drive manual vehicle, tow a trailer and drive a forklift. A white card is required on some building sites. We recently finished a project at Peninsula Private Hospital in Langwarrin. The job included cladding of a Reception Desk and Nurses Station in Corian White Onyx as well as making Corian Caps for the Bedheads.
