Galton Supplies Welcome to Galton Supplies, manufacturers and suppliers of commercial and domestic steel door frames

Galton Supplies is a locally owned manufacturer of pressed metal door frames, and a supplier of timber doors, fire rated doors and cavity sliders in Townsville, North Queensland. Many different profiles of door frames including Fire Rated and sliding door frames are manufactured in house. Most of our projects are in the commercial sector although we do supply to the domestic market as well, and this is mostly through resellers. Galton Supplies have supplied to major projects in the Townsville and surrounding areas such as Cairns, Rockhampton and Mackay. Over the past 17 years Galton Supplies have experienced consistent growth and profitability which has assisted in generating a large customer base with construction companies, bricklayers and resellers and through this success the business is continuing to expand. Currently we employ 10 employees including ourselves as owners, most of whom are long term employees and take great pride in what they do.

We are currently looking for a carpenter or cabinet maker to work in our door shop. This position could also work for someone who is handy with tools and woodworking. Does not need to be qualified.

We are hiring! - Looking for enthusiastic people who enjoy a great working culture and who can learn quickly and enjoy a work/life balance. The job may include but not limited to press operating, turret operating, welding, spot welding, spray painting, timber work. Forklift ticket will be an advantage but not necessary.
