This is Sonia from S & M Removals. I was made aware of your post just before admin took it down.
As you were already aware your storage unit was on the second level and right down the back, so using a lift is very slow and time consuming and no fault on my workers behalf!
Yes you paid $200 a hour for the Saturday rate and yes the boys stopped to grab a cold drink but as you complained and let us know you where not happy, mark told the boys to give you a discount of $100 so that would have made up for the time the boys stopped in at the shop. So in reality it was at no expense to you.
Also when the boys arrived at 7:20 l think it was by memory, you weren't charged from 7am, you were charged from 7:20am.
So again no extra charge, yes it would have been an inconvenience that they were 20mins late and we have apologised for that.
I'm sorry if your experience was bad with us, but we do try to keep our customers happy as you can clearly see from the comments from a lot of our previous clients that they are mostly all positive.
