All items are traditionally crafted and not mass produced. All furniture is built with personalised attention to detail using strong joinery applications including handmade dovetails, mortise and tenon joints, half joints and feather joints. With over 50 years experience I have acquired many varied woodworking skills and techniques, completing my apprenticeship with some of Australia’s most skilled tradesman. I am a genuine tradesman who qualified with a certificate of proficency in cabinet making and joinery. My knowledge and expertise comes from a background of “old fashioned” methods and applications, with attention to detail that is not found in mass produced furniture. My furniture is handmade in my country workshop in the “Rowsley Valley” situated one hour west of Melbourne. All pieces are crafted from recycled timber, of which, most is usually locally sourced. My furniture is completed to the highest standards in craftsmanship and the finished product being personally engraved on completion.
