Operating photo of a Dioxide Pacific chemical analyser panel. This unit houses continuous sampling for 6 x pH and 4 x free chlorine probes throughout a water treatment plant.

An additional sample pump has been supplied for continuous sampling during low flow/pressure situations. There is a thermostatically controlled fan to assist with cooling during the hot summer months.

This SS316 cabinet comes with hinged or removable sliding doors for ease of operation.

5 x CDEB2.5 Chlorine Dioxide ClO2 generators nearing mechanical completion in our workshop.

These generators produce 47 g/hr of 2000ppm pure chlorine dioxide solution. Potable water, food and beverage applications require the highest level of chlorine dioxide purity. The Electricide generators produce chlorine dioxide gas which has been air-separated. No other impurities such as chlorite, chlorate, chloride or sodium are included.

Two more Dioxide Pacific chemical dosing skids recently delivered to site. These skids will be dosing Aluminium Chlorohydrate at a recycled water facility.

The skids feature HDPE backboards and powder coated stainless steel frames. Fiberstrut - chemically resistant channel is used to support flushing and drainage points.

Dioxide have recently completed another 6 dosing skids for Alum and Ferric. The skids will be installed onsite by the client with their own dosing pumps. Some pumps were provided to assist with fabrication. The skids come factory pressure tested.

Dioxide was responsible for the mechanical design from a client supplied P&ID. The skids are painted in the client's choice of colour to identify contents.

The skids feature HDPE backboards and powder coated stainless steel frames. Fiberstrut - chemically resistant channel is used to support flushing and drainage points.
