Our client was frustrated with their tiny dishwasher tucked underneath the oven and wanted to know if a full-size dishwasher was even possible.

Rather than replacing the entire kitchen, we modified what was already there!

🔹 Removed the existing oven and dishwasher cabinet
🔹 Carefully cut down and modified the original unit
🔹 Reworked the kick space to accommodate a full-height dishwasher
🔹 Reinstalled the modified cabinetry with precision
🔹 Maintained the existing kitchen's appearance for a seamless finish

😳 FOR A MOMENT, WE THOUGHT WE’D ORDERED THE WRONG COLOUR…

We were unloading the new cabinetry for this repair job when something immediately caught our eye.

The colour looked completely wrong. 👀

This particular finish has a metallic effect, and depending on the angle, lighting and direction you’re looking at it from, the colour can appear dramatically different.

For a moment we genuinely thought we had a problem. 😅

Then we started putting everything together…

Perfect match. 100%. ✅

Same colour. Same finish. Just the metallic surface interacting with the light and playing tricks on us.

It’s one of those little surprises you come across when completing repair work and trying to seamlessly match new cabinetry into existing joinery.

And when everything finally lines up and disappears into the original kitchen…

🤯 “OH… NO. WE DEFINITELY DON’T WANT THAT.”

And that reaction is exactly why visualising a design before we manufacture it matters. 👀

During the check measure for this custom TV unit, our clients were struggling to picture how their chosen colours would actually look together in the finished room.

Originally, the plan was dark brown woodgrain throughout.

So while we were onsite, we took a photo of their actual room and generated an AI concept using the finishes they had selected.

The moment they saw it…

😳 Gasp.

It was immediately clear — the all-dark design wasn't giving them the look they had imagined.

And that's where the design evolved.

We suggested keeping the dark woodgrain floating TV unit as the feature, but contrasting it against a lighter timber wall panelling to soften the overall space.

We generated the revised concept.

Completely different reaction. 🔥

They could instantly see the contrast, the warmth and how much better the darker cabinetry stood out against the lighter feature wall.

Locked in. ✅

That's the power of being able to visualise your ideas inside your actual room before we start manufacturing.

Sometimes knowing what you don't want is just as valuable as knowing what you do.
