๐ŸŒ‡ Bold, experimental, and completely in a league of its own. Casa Axis is a creative hub and artist residency that now serves as โ€™s studio.

Located in Valencia, Spain, the property has been thoughtfully restored and reimagined by designer Antonio Segura in collaboration with architect Pascual Genovรฉs. On the outside the house appears as if it were floating while the inside has been meticulously redesigned by Felipe Pantone to honour the original architecture with a contemporary twist. Space-age vibes at their finest!

This set needs no introduction. I absolutely love the nesting tables by Giotto Stoppino, for Kartell! For me this is the epitome of great design- simple yet functional.

Unfortunately with most of the ones you find nowadays, they havenโ€™t been well looked after- scratched, discoloured and covered in burn marks. Sadly, these are no exception. I was hoping to sand them back and give them a polish but with my current workload I just canโ€™t fit it in.

Iโ€™ll be offering the set at a very fair price so if you donโ€™t mind the imperfections, get in touch for more details.

After three transformations in six years, this is the true story of a recliner still searching for her forever home (tissues at the ready).

This Aussie recliner came to me drowning in a thick cherry wood French polish โ€” not exactly her best look. After a little TLC she was restored back to her natural timber glory, and I thought Iโ€™d finally found her people.
And I had, for a while. A lovely family snapped her up for their nursery, fell completely in love, then asked if I could change her colour to suit their space. No problem. Into the spray booth she went, and out she came in the most beautiful white wash finish.
She spent the next six years doing what any good nursery chair does. But kids grow up, spaces change, and eventually she needed a new chapter.

So here we are. Transformation number three is complete and I am determined to find this girl her forever home. ๐Ÿค

Sheโ€™s comfortable, sheโ€™s characterful, and she clearly has more lives than a cat.

Youโ€™re not seeing things, I actually posted this recliner two weeks ago in a different finish. The finish was chosen by my clients to suit their apartment and when I was asked to sell it on their behalf, I wanted to achieve the best outcome. My gut instinct was to strip the white-wash finish and bring it back to itโ€™s natural state. The natural timber still works amazingly with the fabric and I think Iโ€™ve done this Aussie vintage recliner justice.
