Today we’re recognising the women of Gapcomm, affectionately known in the office as “the girls”.

Working across design, strategy and administration, they bring creativity, organisation and thoughtful planning to the work we do every day. Their contribution helps keep our projects running smoothly and our team working well together.

They’re an important part of the culture we’ve built at Gapcomm.

A journey through shape, light, and luxury ✨

Our recently completed spec suite is intentionally designed as a little journey in itself.

You’re welcomed into the space by a perfect alignment of curved walls, mirrored shapes across the ceiling and floor, and a custom light feature that guides your path. Playful forms challenge expectations of an office space, while rich colours bring a touch of luxury.

We had fun nodding to Art Deco design while keeping things fresh and modern. It’s bold, it’s refined, and it’s ready to impress.

Bold. Memorable. Sculptural. ✨

Our latest spec suite was all about creating impact, a space that leaves a lasting impression. The brief was simply to be bold and memorable.

We played with shape and colour, weaving in subtle nods to Art Deco elements, to elevate the design with timeless flair. The result is a layered, interior that’s full of character yet flexible enough to appeal to a range of future tenants.

A space where bold design meets business functionality, we had a lot of fun with this one.

Calm, quality, and considered design, right at the front door.

We’re proud to reveal our recent lobby refurbishment in Sydney’s Norwest Business Park. This space was thoughtfully reimagined to bring a sense of calm and refined quality into a high-traffic corporate environment.

Beautiful detailing, warm textures, and sophisticated furnishings work together to create a welcoming first impression, elevating the everyday experience for staff and visitors alike.

Design that works and feels good. ✔️

Repositioning the Nexus Lobby

Gapcomm was proud to be appointed as the Design & Construct partner for the repositioning of the busy Nexus Building lobby in Norwest Business Park, Sydney.

Working closely with stakeholders, our in-house design team reimagined the space to deliver a hotel-like, modern and functional arrival experience, elevating the building’s appeal for tenants and visitors alike.

From concept to completion, our project management and site teams ensured a seamless delivery. Despite working within an operational building, we completed the transformation with minimal disruption and on time, doing what we do best: combining quality design with attention to detail and seamless ex*****on.

This lobby upgrade is a strategic enhancement of the building’s identity, setting the tone for what’s to come.
