furniture 96 has started a new era, 23 yrs ago,Olympic year 2000 my wife Penny and myself purchased No96 factory bargains centre a 3000m2 showroom of furniture !
The owner being a local Sutherland Shire man had family operated the business at 96 Taren point road which is now Officeworks.
Being 59 yo at the time , content to semi-retire with 320m2 of imported furniture showroom
Located directly opposite the IKEA showrooms at Tempe!
I was hypnotised to buy No96 showroom with 3000m2 and turn Tempe into a local furniture factory for custom design.
Fast forward 2023 and no one is attempting to convince an 83 yo in January that its not time enough to downsize?
No96 has stuck to the business but now we have 320m2 display with storage 200m2 of
excess stock being offered below cost. {anti-inflationary}
