The Annandale warehouse is a unique multi function space that offers an exclusive location for corporate events, brand showings, photography, film shoots and executive stays. It was purpose designed to create a unique and luxury inner-city residence with private internal spaces built inside an almost century old structure with
unique finishes throughout the property. The corner warehouse in Sydney
’s Inner west was one of three lots comprising one dwelling, which originally housed a metal foundry works and then an automotive workshop in a former life. In November 2013 Joe Sidoti, Director and founder of SQ Projects acquired the property. Inspired by a passion to bring new life into this property, Joe’s vision was to transform this vacant warehouse into an exquisite family home and still respect and
display its warehouse history. Since the completion of the property, it has been the family home to Joe and Natalie Sidoti and their Children. The office space is used as a showroom and private meeting rooms for SQ Projects. Clients include King Furniture, Domayne Australia, Harvey Norman, Jacobs Creek,
Home Beautiful and Kayla Instines. The Annandale warehouse boasts a double height living and dining room area, the mezzanine connects all the bedrooms and an open courtyard bringing in natural light is surrounded by full height glass. The brick façade was patiently and partially blasted back through the years and layers of paint of its previous lives and original steel
framed windows lovingly restored. This creates the perfect
textured backdrop for any photo shoot or event. Proudly, the only timbers that were removed from the property during demolition were the columns that originally supported the saw tooth trusses These were salvaged and reinvented in various areas including; kitchen bench, entry gates, kitchenette bench, vanity bench, shelving and the dining table.
