Seeking a candidate with Centre Director ELC appropriate qualifications (either degree qualified ECT Early Learning and Childhood, or Dip qualified working towards with 50% plus already completed). We have a brand new purpose built ELC in need of strong leadership and set-up capabilities. The most appropriate applicant will be mature minded, with a sense of family and a passion for early learning. Management experience, sound communication skills and EYLF programming essential. Ability to speak another language will give you an edge. Plenty of support provided. Must be operationally minded, commercially astute and customer focused. Exceptionally competent in running the show, yet willing to get out on the floor and help with all age groups from time to time. Able to juggle rosters, ratios, regulatory compliance, work closely with licensees and most importantly convert leads into enrolled placements. Applications close 29th March 2019.
