Dysania is characterized by an overwhelming need to stay in bed. People may experience other symptoms alongside dysania, depending on the underlying cause. This includes fatigue, stress and chronic fatigue syndrome to name a few.

Some great sleep tips:
- Get yourself a quality mattress, linen, pillow and keep the room dark
- Ensure you get into the sunlight and do some exercise daily
- Follow a consistent sleep schedule
- Use the bed for sleep and s*x only. Not a dinner table or work space for example
- Use a noise machine and blind fold if they help
-Wind down before bed. (No caffeine, TV alcohol or energetic music)

Without good quality sleep, your health suffers!
