Aaaah I could get used to waking up, walking outside my front door for a coffee and my back door for a dip 💦

We told the kiddos that they had their fun on the first part of our trip now it’s the adults turn 😜 a little more slower paced from water slides, pools, tennis, jumping pillows, go carts, putt putt and pub food, but one needs to reset before we hit the ground running back into school life as soon as we get home.
We have been to Noosa a few times when the kids were younger and it’s nice they are little older to actually be able to enjoy all the amazing restaurants.

Anyone else love coming to Noosa ?

How are we even in winter!
Anyone else barely worn a winter knit ?🙋‍♀️

Anywho couldn’t help myself and bought a cute bunch of flowers that remind me of spring. Who can’t have a spring in their step with this gorgeous weather.

Do more of what puts a smile on your face.
For me today it was coffee with some gfs, breaky with a friend, flowers and whole food shopping! Literally spend all my money on groceries that’s my kinda shopping😅 my kinda Gucci

It isn’t always all of that in one day but even one little thing that makes your heart sing 💓

A good reminder even for myself that each of us has a choice. We are always the one in control.

The cause of irritation - or our notion that something is bad - comes from us, our expectations, our labels.

Just as easily, we can change those labels; we can change our entitlement and decide to accept and love what is happening around us.

HUSBANDS/ PARTNERS listen up- if we are a little more sh*tty and short tempered… here i is why 👇

As much as we want to soak in the magic of this time of year, at the very same time us mums are left feeling overwhelmed, depleted and out right exhausted- only a mother knows what I’m talking about.

So much of what we do is already unseen but add Christmas to the mix (elf on the shelf, advent calendars, Christmas presents for the kids, hubby, yourself, KK, extended family and friends, 500 billion school emails, 300 billion school activities and events, wrapping presents, remembering the different outfits for school, birthday parties thrown in the mix, extra social events etc all on top of LIFE- leaves us a little well shall we say FLAT 🫠

We make the magic, we are Santa, we are the elves, we are the the doctor, the nurse, the psychologist, the cook, the cleaner, the driver, the shopper and the lover 😅😭

So if at a particular moment we look like we are going to CRACK it’s because we probably are.

So hold us a little tighter, pick up your shoes, hell while you are at pick up the bloody broom 🧹😂😂
