We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our garden maintenance crew — with occasional soft landscaping work included.

🕒 Set Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm
Enjoy a consistent schedule and a great work-life balance. No weekends. No late nights.

✨ About the Role
• General garden maintenance – mowing, weeding, pruning, hedging, and more
• Occasional soft landscaping – planting, mulching, turfing, garden makeovers
• Assist with irrigation setup and repairs (training provided)
• Casual position to start, with opportunity for ongoing work
• Exposure to a wide range of tasks across the garden and landscape industry

🌱 We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
✅ Genuinely interested in garden care and landscaping
✅ Reliable and willing to work hard
✅ Licensed and has their own transport
✅ Great with time management and attention to detail
✅ Able to work both independently and in a team
✅ Confident following instructions and seeing tasks through , client satisfaction is key

🌿 Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is a bonus, but not essential!

These hedges were starting to grow wild and lose their shape, but with a careful trim and some attention to detail, they’re now standing neat, full, and even.
