🔥 **TOMORROW AT VALHALLA BBQ — WE’RE TURNING UP THE HEAT!** 🔥

Alright, you absolute legends! We’ve been busy behind the scenes in the workshop, trialling some new products, tweaking recipes and getting things just right. And tomorrow, we’re SUPER excited to introduce a couple of new lines that we reckon are going to be an absolute **GAME CHANGER!** 🤤🔥

We’ve teamed up with the legends at Cham Cham Sauce and got our hands on some of their incredible house-made sauces. If you know us, you know how much you love our chicken, so we thought it was time to take things up a notch and bring a little Korean-inspired heat to the Valhalla window!

🐔 **BUFFALO WINGS WITH A TWIST**

Our buffalo wings, finished with Cham Cham’s incredible **Hot Bae Sauce**. A little fire, a whole lot of flavour, and guaranteed to get those taste buds firing! 🌶️

🍗 **CRISPY CHICKEN STRIPS & CHIPS**

Golden, crispy chicken strips served with a side of chips and smothered in Cham Cham’s ridiculously good **Smoky Gochujang Sauce**. That beautiful smoky flavour with a lovely bit of heat. Seriously, this one is something else! 🤤🔥

We all know you love our bacon and egg rolls, but the Cham Cham legends reckon their **Green Chilli Ssamjang** pairs beautifully with bacon and eggs. So naturally, we had to give it a crack!

XMAS ORDERS NOW OPEN

Last year was absolutely huge again and we cannot thankyou all enough.

We have had to put prices up a bit this year due to continued price hikes with meat and all other processes that gives you guys the optimal experience come Xmas day. We hope you all understand.🙏

As always, we expect to have our pit full so don't take too long deciding as you run the risk of missing out.

All meat is cooked for your convenience so all that you have to do on the day is simply reheat and heat!

Back on the menu this year -

2 x Brisket options

- Fully cooked whole wagyu brisket
Seasoned and smoked to make life easy
Average uncooked weight around 5.5kg - 6.5kg
$320 per brisket

- Fully cooked Black Angus Brisket
Seasoned and smoked to perfection. Average uncooked weight 5.5kg to 6.5kg
$260 per brisket

- Wagyu pulled beef
Large tray $235

- Pulled Lamb - Medium size tray of pulled lamb

- Pulled Pork - Large tray of Pulled Pork

- Whole Turkey breast - Random weight turkey breast weighing somewhere between 2kg - 2.6kg ( Raw weight ) Brined, seasoned and cooked on the pit over ironbark wood. Tender, succulent and delicious.

🔥 ARARAT — YOU ABSOLUTE LEGENDS! 🔥

A massive appreciation post to everyone in Ararat who came out last night for the launch of the Grampians W**e Festival.

We were absolutely blown away by the support. Despite the weather doing its best to put a dampener on things, you guys still braved the conditions, lined up, and came out to get your Valhalla feed. We were absolutely overwhelmed with how busy we got!

We do apologise that wait times blew out a little. We were pumping out food as quickly as we could, but when the crowd hits hard, sometimes the kitchen just can't move any faster. We genuinely appreciate everyone's patience and understanding. ❤️

Unfortunately, our night got off to a pretty ordinary start before we even opened, with someone deciding it would be a fantastic idea to steal the bunch of keys from the door of our trailer. 🤦‍♂️

Not only did that cause a fair bit of inconvenience, but it also created additional costs and stress that we really could have done without.

To whoever decided that was a good idea… well done. 👏
I hope you woke up this morning and discovered your bum has developed a severe case of warts. 🤬

But enough about that — Ararat, you absolutely smashed it.

Thank you so much for coming out, supporting our little business, braving the weather and enjoying some American barbecue done the Valhalla way.

It’s been a hot minute, Ararat… but next Thursday 1st October, WE’RE COMING FOR YOU! 🔥🍖

Valhalla BBQ will be set up at the Town Hall from 4pm–8pm as we join in the opening of W**e Season. 🍷

We’ll be running a reduced menu on the night so we can keep things moving and get as many of you legends fed as quickly as possible — but don’t worry, we’ll still have most of your Valhalla crowd favourites ready to go!

W**e tastings along with some live music will be available inside the Town Hall, so grab your mates, come enjoy the festivities, and get yourself some proper American barbecue while you’re at it.
