Just a reminder from a self employed tradie. If my price seems high. Just take a look what’s happening around in the world. Traveling to and from job to job and quotes is now become an expensive. Price of materials have once again gone up in price. Remember sole traders. Don’t get sick pay, leave for holidays, we pay our own super, we pay gst, if we charge $1000 for a job that may taken a day and half. Just remember. We don’t get that. Or $80 an hour might seem expensive but really an apprentice is getting paid more then a qualified tradesman. Just a little reminder
