Do you love the smell of freshly cut timber in the morning? Are you looking for a job where you can turn up, work hard, and get paid? Well, have we got the gig for you!
We're on the hunt for a Factory Hand and a Qualified Joinery Installer who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work straight away!
🛠️ What’s the Gig?
Factory Hand: Help us keep the factory running smoothly. If you can handle tools and follow instructions, this might be the job for you.
Qualified Joinery Installer: Show us your skills in installing cabinets and joinery. If you have experience and a keen eye for detail, we want you on our team.
💰 Pay:
Pay will be worked out according to your skill level and in compliance with Fair Work guidelines. We believe in rewarding hard work and expertise while sticking to fair and legal standards.
⏰ Hours:
A solid 38/40 hours a week with the possibility of RDOs (Rostered Days Off).
Happy to look at other options like 4 Days a week, different working hours depending on
Personal Situation.
🚗 Perks:
A Van for the installer position for commuting and work-related tasks.
All long weekends are taken with the option to add days to either side of the weekend.
What Will Impress Us:
A valid driver's license. MUST HAVE!!!!!!
Extensive knowledge and experience in Cabinet Making.
A proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
A strong willingness to turn up and work hard every day.
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for the job.
Experience with Hand Tools, and Power Tools.
What We’re Not Interested In:
Anyone who lives more than an hour's drive or approximately 60 km away.
Seriously, don't apply if you live interstate – your application will find its way to the bin file!
Anyone looking to be over Paid to do Truck All.
Lazy or easily distracted individuals.

INSTALLER - We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our Kitchen Installations team. 4 Years Minimum Experience - please do not apply if you have no experience!

The position is for immediate start full-time employment with
opportunities for overtime.
All work will be inspected by our full-time site supervisor.

in new builds, kitchen renovations, laundries and robes. We are located in the thriving
business hub of Seaford Victoria and have been servicing the Peninsula for 15 years.

Personal Attributes, Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified cabinet maker or sufficient experience in the industry.

• Installation experience a Must

• A current manual Drivers licence to allow you to drive our vehicles
• Read and understand plans and drawings

• Manufacturing and assembly off a CNC
• Installation of finished cabinetry on site
• Operate CNC and other woodworking machinery
• Manage Trades, Staff.
