The bathroom is broken up into 3 rooms, so is perfect for groups.

2 separate living areas, both with TV's. 1 with DVD player. Living area 1 has a 7 seater couch and 6 seater dining table, that adjoins the kitchen. Living area 2 has a 3 seater couch that converts to a queen size sofa bed. (Slat base). Bedroom 3 is off the 2nd living area, so would be perfect for a 2nd family. Outdoors there is a 6 seater outdoor setting under a covered pergola, overlooking a big grassed back yard, perfect for the kids to run around. Porta cot and highchair available. Sorry no schoolies.
