✨ It’s the end of an era for Addicted to Vintage Furniture. I hate good-bye's, so I've made it short.

After many wonderful years of sharing my love of furniture, paints, and creativity with you all, I’m saying goodbye.

ANNOUNCEMENT -
After nine incredible years, I have made the difficult decision to close the Addicted to Vintage Furniture retail store and downsize our range. Our retail store will close its doors for the final time on 7 March 2025, at the end of our lease. Our online store will continue for now, operating from our home studio.

While this past year has been our best year in sales, it has also been one of the most challenging for me personally. As many of you know, running a business is a full-time commitment, and after much reflection, I’ve realised that I need to prioritise my health and personal life. This decision has not been easy, but for me, it’s about quality of life and moving on to the next chapter.

To make this transition easier, we are offering sales on many products, and I encourage you to take advantage of these discounts while stock lasts.

Product Updates:
Fusion Mineral Paint – We plan to continue retailing Fusion Mineral Paint, both online and from our home studio. As supply issues improve with the new Australian/NZ distributor, we hope to maintain our close relationship with the brand. More details will be shared soon.

IOD (Iron Orchid Designs) – We will continue to stock IOD at this stage, as we are fortunate to have an Australian distributor.

Hewbury Paint – Because Hewbury Paint is tinted and bottled onsite, we are unable to continue producing it in our new, smaller space. However, our in-house brand will continue under the capable hands of Joyce from Rustic Farmhouse Charm, who will be taking full ownership.

Annie Sloan – We will no longer be retailing Annie Sloan. Again as space will be limited, we have made the very difficult decision to pause stocking Annie Sloan.

Redesign with Prima – We have made the difficult decision to stop importing Redesign with Prima for now. With no Australian distributor and freight costs tripling since 1 January 2025, it is no longer profitable in the current retail climate. Until this situation changes, we have decided to discontinue it indefinitely.
