A local perspective continues to shape the Design Nation collection, with pieces by Australian designers and brands featured across hospitality, workplace and residential projects alike.

One piece we’ve been enjoying recently is the NRxTMH collection by and . A sculptural table base system designed for flexibility across hospitality settings, with the added benefit of NOROCK’s self-stabilising technology built in.

whilst in Europe for we also took the opportunity to visit in the French Basque region.

along with great food and company, we were treated to a tour of Alki’s new headquarters, “Lantokia”, meaning ‘the place where we work’ in Basque.

an impressive building that brings together their showroom, boutique, café and manufacturing all under one roof; and designed to run on zero energy with no heating or cooling needed.
