This week we completed this little garden studio in Tranmere, prefabricated in the Ranelagh workshop. Delivered flatpacked, assembled on site over three days. 3x3 studio, 1.5x3m deck, clad in Woodland Grey corrugated iron and Tas. Oak, double glazed window and doors, fully insulated, lined with 12mm ply and included 240 volt plug and play power. (Power can be adapted for off-grid). So at Eco Shack we just built a Sauna! Built at the Ranelagh workshop, then trucked to Cockle Creek. Tas. Oak external cladding, Celery top Pine for the internal cladding. Huum wood heater, seat 6 comfortably, tiered bench seating, can even lay down.Price range $17K-$25K.

Completed this little beauty for a customer in Blackmans Bay. 2.6x3.4 Garden Studio, clad in Macrocarpa and Corrugated iron, fully lined, sound proofed and insulated. Double glazed doors and windows. Delivered flat packed, completed in 2.5 days, just the power to go.

* **Shack 1 - Toilet Shack / Storage:** 1.8m x 1.2m, $2,700. Features Deep Ocean Corrugated iron and Macrocarpa cladding, a window at the rear, and is unlined.

* **Shack 2 - Deluxe Shed Shack:** 2.4m x 2.4m with a gable roof, $7,780. Clad in Woodland Grey and Tas Oak, with laser light panels in the roof for extra light. It is unlined internally and can easily be converted into a small studio, bathroom, spare room, or even a sauna.

* **Shack 3 - Studio / Spare Room Shack:** 3.6m x 2.6m with a skillion roof, $11,700. Clad in Woodland Grey and Macrocarpa, unlined internally. Please inquire about optional extras.

* **Shack 4 - Studio / Spare Room Shack:** 2.6m x 4.8m with a gable roof, $24,500. This shack is fully lined and insulated, features double-glazed windows, and includes a "Plug and Play" 240v power system (installed by a qualified electrician). The exterior is clad in Tall Earth Eco Treated Pine and Woodland Grey Corrugated iron, with pendant lights and Elysian Oak Laminate Flooring. A mezzanine option is also available. It can be delivered anywhere in Tasmania by tilt tray truck (cost is $150 per hour, with 1.5 hours for loading and unloading, plus travel time).

West Coast road trip! The Ecoshack team headed to the rugged West Coast of Tasmania, to install a prefabricated off-grid cabin and bathroom. Clad in a blend of corrugated iron and locally milled Macrocarpa. Cabin fully insulated, lined, solar powered, and kept warm by a cute little wood heater. Bathroom included a shower, vanity, and a Green Loo composting toilet. All manufactured in the Huon Valley, Tasmania.
