This house was relocated from wauchope cut in to 3 parts for easy removal and put back together in pappinburra with old growth hardwood floorboards being finished in a hi build gloss for durability and hardness era of the home somewhere between 1950-1960. At this point the floor has only had one to two coats applied with a third to follow

NSW Spotted gum hardwood floor boards with there warm timber tones and extremely hard wearing. This Resin ( oil based ) timber which helps repel and keep water out so to stop dy rot getting in colours can be reds, olives, creams, fawns, browns even with some pink tones as well being 11.2 -13.5 on the hardness janka rating. This property had a very worn out Tung oil coating but now has a solventbase polyurethane finished in a SATIN for harder wearing

Coastal Blackbutt hardwood floors look amazing with any coating especially solvent base polyurethane in a Hi Gloss with its beachy tones from blondes, creams, fawns, light browns, and can also have some very faint pinks tones through out some of the boards. This 130mm x 19mm standard and better timber will last a life time. There were 4 levels to this house and 5 stair case came up a treat.

This early sixties home with cypress pine floorboards came up a treat for the new owners and going with a hi gloss finish in a solvent base polyurethane and over time with this coating it will darken. The newer cypress pine these days is a lot more blonde as they are younger trees being cut down. Still a very good looking floor

Full Feature is the third grade of most species when talking timber flooring it has more feature like gum vein, knots and a lot of different grain patterns. This Blackbutt full feature flooring is what i would call Australian character beautiful to look at with the different colours in it. Rustic charm. I put this in my own home and is normally a fare bit cheaper than the standard or light feature grades. quality is still the same but with added feature. This floor finished in Hi Gloss solvent base polyurethane

This older property in Port Macquarie was built in late 50's early 60's with tallowood floor boards and with the age there comes marks and stains that sometimes can not be removed and this floor had some of them finished in a Satin solventbase polyurethane. The coating suits the age and era of the property

Blackbutt widely used through out the Mid north Coast with its beachy themed colours is a very hard timber that will last the test of time if looked after properly and will add a stunning look to any home not to mention how much extra you would get when selling your loved home Finished in a solvent based Gloss. This floor is still wet as final coat just applied
