Meet the Team Mondays - Mia

For our last Meet the Team we have our newest Employee Mia! Mia is our receptionist and has been with us for almost 2 months, so please be gentle with her.

Get to know Mia:

When she is not speaking to all of our lovely customers or booking in your jobs and generally making everything run smoothly she is dancing her heart out or teaching dance, spending time with her friends, Family and pets or going for a run!

Her favourite Meal is Any kind of Pasta(we would agree pasta is amazing)! A Sunday Roast or Burgers!

Favourite Song : Anything from Tate McRae which we are sure is accompanied by dance moves!

And finally her dream weekend would be a casual hangout with Family and friends that is her happy place but she also can’t wait to travel the world!

Meet The team Mondays - This is Taymon

Taymon became apart of our Simply Fencing team in 2016 and worked with us for 4 years, then he started his own business in 2020, TJM Fencing. He still dedicates his time to Simply Fencing and continues to work extremely hard.

Get to know Taymon:

Outside of work activities-
Enjoys playing Cricket and walking his dog. You gotta love a nice walk with the dog, but not when they pull on the lead...

Favourite fence style-
Western red cedar slats with a Black frame

Favourite Meal-
Crispy pork belly with roast veggies. Yum, such a good choice!!

Karaoke song of choice-
Love Story by Taylor Swift. He used to sound like an out of tune goat belting it out on job sites. His words not mine.

Meet the team Mondays - This is Brodie

Brodie has been apart of our Simply Fencing team for 3.5 years and on top of his hard work with us he also dedicates himself to his very own business, BA Fencing. Busy guy!

Going camping with my kids and friends. Life is truly better around the campfire :))

Meet the team Mondays: Tayler

Say hi to Tayler, one of our Fence Labourers, who's been with us for the past 3 months. Hardworking and always up for a challenge, Tayler’s quickly become a solid part of the crew!

Dream Weekend?
Trip to Bora Bora or better yet, turn the weekend into a forever one. Can’t blame the guy.

Favourite Fence Style:
Pool glass fencing – yeah, it’s fiddly and tests your patience, but the final result? Looks so clean it almost makes you forget how annoying it was to install.

Karaoke song of choice?
Toss-up between “Australia Street” and “All of Me” – whether it’s indie bops or emotional ballads, Tayler’s got range.

Role/howlong?
She’s been keeping everything running smoothly for over 3 years, and let's be real, we’d all probably be lost without her (or at least buried under a mountain of paperwork).

When she’s not keeping us organised, you’ll find her:
In the car
At basketball
Or being a full-time Uber driver for the kids (minus the 5-star ratings😉).

Meet the team: Brooke!

If you have been around for a while, Brooke probably needs no introduction but were giving her one anyway.

Role / how long?
From unofficial MVP since 2015 to leaving her job and officially joining fulltime at the start of 2024. As Chris's wife, she has been around forever (her words, not ours 😆).

Afterhours youll find her running a tight mum taxi schedule with her two girls (dance mums, you get it), cooking up a storm in the kitchen, reading a good book or relaxing watching tv.

Brookes favourite meal is Chicken Parmi
